Countdown Begins
I can't believe it is already December. The time has just flown by. Mike and I are just beginning to think about Christmas shopping and we are very excited to be going home to visit family. I am especially looking forward to seeing Brad and Joey. Unfortunately we lost a friend this past week in a car accident and it really makes you think...how much time do we really have? She lost her life at such a young age and had so much going for her. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jasmine's family.

BUSY, BUSY, BUSY
Hello,
Life has been very crazy this last month or so. We have gone through the first month of bills and survived! Now we will have to see how we do during the winter. We have settled into the house and have started to put things up on the wall and make it our own. School has been busy for both of us. Mike has just finished coaching volleyball and soon he will be coaching basketball. His volleyball team won all of their tournaments. I have started the dreaded report cards for term 1. They are very time consuming and I have a hard time staying focused...that is why I am writing this blog right now. But my procrastination method seems to work each time...haha. We have started having fires in the backyard, luckily the weather has been nice enough for that. I have been busy making some final decisions on the wedding and trying to find some bridesmaid dresses. Jill and I started to make our song list as well. Our shag is coming up fast. I am thinking the turn out will be good...we even have quite a few people coming from out of town for it. I will be posting some new pics in the next few days. My mom has been on my case to show some pictures with people in it instead of just the house and the cats. I better get back to report cards :( Bye for now.

MMMM Turkey!
Of course we didn't take many pictures...we always seems to forget taking pictures. Here are just a few of the food anyways.
We had turkey, glazed ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, carrots, sauerkraut, perogies...mmmm...leftovers!
